A Delightful 6-course Sake Pairing Dinner

In collaboration with Mutsu Hassen, Mikuni’s Executive Chef Keisuke Uno and his team unveil an exquisite 6-course dinner, perfectly complemented with a selection of premium sake curated by restaurant manager and sommelier Ryuta Yamada.

Diners can look forward to Mikuni’s beautiful medley of starters including Sweet Bleu Plum, Edamame, and Yurine Kushi Katsu; fresh delicate pieces of Toro, Trout, Shima-Aji and Shiroebi; as well as signature Slow-cooked Sendai Wagyu Beef with Summer Truffle Teriyaki Sauce.

Priced at $238++ per person, the six-course sake pairing dinner is limited to 70 guests and exclusively for members only.
