For mains, select from the Wagyu Beef Mignon, Ratte Potatoes and Winter Vegetables with Shiraz Wine Reduction or Seared Black Cod, Blue Pomme Purée and Wilted Baby Spinach with Salmon Roe Dill Cream. Finish off with a Hazelnut Crunchy Feuilletine with Raspberry Sorbet –
