A pleasant culinary surprise awaits as the seasonal bars showcasing classic favourites like Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Truffle Bread Crumble changes every month. From perfectly-grilled Salmon Fillet to Lamb Rack and Beef Sirloin, take your pick at the ‘live’ station and delight in succulent meats and seafood at leisure, as our master chefs serve you at your table. Other highlights include a seasonal dessert bar and ‘live’ station that showcases the best Italian produce.
